Who Cares for Your Carer?

CFS / ME, fibromyalgia and other chronic exhaustive conditions have a huge impact on our relationships, isolating us from friends and family and creating imbalance, friction and fear in those trying to support us. I have lived on both sides of this experience, desperate not to be a burden on those I love, and struggling to cope with the practical and emotional demands of being a carer.

As part of every coaching package I include a special, one-off session for the person who is your closest support. During this time I can help them to understand what is happening to you and why, how best to support your recovery, and how to care for themselves through this experience too.

If you are alone, or have no-one to take up this offer, you can use this session as an additional one for yourself.
